Imagine Life without Water.
July 10, 2009
Water is life. Where there is unsafe water, there are diseases. Where there is clean water and sanitation, there is health, there is life. In the rural communities of Tanzania and Kenya where nomadic tribes, orphans and street children reside, clean water is scarce, making them susceptible to life-threatening diseases. In Zambia, children are required to carry 5 liters of water daily, to attend school. Without the water, they are sent home, unable to receive education. Imagine life without a flushing toilet. Imagine losing life, unable to access clean drinking water. Close your eyes. Can you envision this picture? The future of the children is at stake. Without clean water, they will not have the opportunity to grow, become educated or have families of their own.
You can help save the lives of many orphaned children.Click here to help save a life.
